We have rented out properties over the past 25 years and used various Agents

with varying degrees of competence.

July 2020 is the second time of using the services of Grosvenor Properties, a local

independent company.

On both occasions they have found suitable tenants quickly, ensuring

that the formalities have proceeded smoothly and efficiently.

We have no hesitation in recommending the company,

We have been clients of Grosvenor Properties since 1995 when David Carter initially started the business and Tim Norton joined the company.  There are many companies/agents who offer their services in looking after rental properties but we chose Grosvenor Properties over other agents for their knowledge, expertise and understanding attitudes and have never been disappointed.

Any issue with a rental property is always dependent on the Renters informing the rental company but once informed of an issue Grosvenor are on top of it and have excellent connections with reliable contractors.  We have also found their "vetting" of potential renters is of a very high standard.  They inspect the properties every six (6) months and give a full report.  All the staff at Grosvenor are very approachable.  We would have no hesitation in recommending Grosvenor Properties if you are looking for a company to look after your rental property or are looking for a company to rent a property from.

Grosvenor lettings have consistently performed to a high standard with excellent customer service, market knowledge and giving both tenants and landlords the personal touch to guide them through the process.
